A small but diverse section of society that lives and works in an urban area, yet does not rent, own or otherwise reside permanently in any one location. "Nomad" suggests a chosen lifestyle, as opposed to "refugee", and it also suggests that nomads feel they have a home, as opposed to the "homeless".

Countdown





Here’s me, Pastor Hoa (right), and brother Su (left).  Pastor Hoa performed our first unofficial marriage ceremony in 2005. 


Since our K-1 Visa application got jammed up in bureaucratic gridlock at the U.S. Consulate HCMC, Kim and I decided to cancel it altogether and officially register our marriage in Vietnam.  


We'll have to start a new visa petition once our marriage is registered here, and hopefully everything will go smoothly this time. 

   


On 3 November we'll be throwing a huge wedding celebration in Kim's village.   The countdown has begun.  The excitement is building.
